The water

The west end, out of camp at Emerald Bay.

We camp at Emerald Bay, on the island's west end, and swim out from there: clear water, real terrain, and an anchorage worth looking at along the way. We pick routes and days by conditions, not by a fixed itinerary, because the water gets the final say.
